playground love

listening to a song by air, from a mix i am contemplating. it is sunny again today and i ain't complaining (although i wish i was at the beach.)

i was alternately hyper- and hypo-productive, spending most of the morning on the computer and the phone - big love for class of '92!

jake spent the morning exercising his thumbs on his gameboy, while sam went to ian's and dil went to work.

when jake and i got buggy from too much time inside, we hopped on our bikes and headed to the library. i paid my fines and picked up my holds, while jake picked out a few good books; then we headed home. (of course i had to stop to buy some sunglasses. two pairs for $8.)

on our way up sgr, jake said, "i wish i had some pop."

i said, "keep wishin' kiddo!"

then we saw the mountain dew stand.

we dropped in on ell, b and miss pamela on our way home. miss p. is preparing for her big exam. don't be nervous, miss p.! you are the cream of the crop!
